Decision Support for the Rehabilitation
This Guideline W 403 applies to the elaboration of a rehabilitation strategy and rehabilitation planning, covering also the implementation of renewal and renovation measures (rehabilitation measures) for water distribution systems (pipeline networks, including long-distance mains) and complementing at the same time the fundamental requirements set forth in DVGW W 400- 3 (A).

This Code of Practice W 402 applies to the collection and processing of inventory, condition and environmental data about water distribution systems. Condition data notably include failure data. This paper describes how to develop a consistent database and how to process failure data.
Hygiene requirements for cement-bound
This Code of Practice W 347 describes the tests and hygiene requirements for cement-bound materials in contact with drinking water or with raw water used for water abstraction purposes.It furthermore serves to verify the hygienic safety of all cement-bound materials listed in Table 1 that are used in the production of materials intended for use in contact with drinking water for the conditioning, storage and distribution of drinking water in accordance with § 17 Par. 1 of the Drinking Water Ordinance.
Basic principles and measures of water
This Code of Practice W 104 applies to the area- wide and site-specific implementation of water protecting farming with the objective of lastingly safeguarding the protected commodities soil and water (groundwater and surface water) and of achieving a good condition of the bodies of water in accordance with the EG Water Framework Directive. The Code of Practice provides basic principles and recommendations for measures that have to be selected in a site- and farm-related manner.
Guidelines on Drinking Water Protection
This Code of Practice W 101 applies to the designation of drinking water protection areas for public water supply from groundwater. It contains requirements concerning the delineation, protection regulations and surveillance of drinking water protection areas.
